Basic Refund Policy
- Our products come with a 14-day refund guarantee. If the product is not as described or it is defective, we will either replace it at no cost to you, or you can send it back to us for a full refund.
SHIPPING
How much is shipping?
- This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. Our standard shipping rate is free but we do also offer a priority shipping line and the costs will vary depending on your shipping destination.
How do I track my package?
- You can check on the status of your order at any time by visiting out Track My Order page or by emailing the customer support desk at support@thetaso.com.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
- Most of our products are shipped withing 24-72 hours after an order has been placed and delivery can vary and take anywhere between 7-14 days depending on your shipping address. All our packages have a tracking number which you can track on our Track My Order page.
